Our Mission

Our mission is to provide quality services to the diverse population of Salem and its surrounding areas, concentration on addressing the needs of our Hispanic and Latino community. We aim to attain or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each participant. We are committed to non-discrimination and affirmative action. All of our senior managers and 98% of staff members identify themselves as minorities.

How we help, Where we help

Our multilingual staff provides nursing, personal care and social work services, and arranges provision of on-site services by physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians and other health care providers. We also provide rehabilitation services, dietary services, and therapeutic activities. All of our workers are fully insured, thoroughly screened, and receive ongoing training to improve their skills and qualifications.
